Youth Risk Behavior Study; Teacher Expo 2009

Every other year the South Carolina Department of Education conducts a Youth Risk Behavior Survey which examines behaviors middle and high school students in SC are engaging in which might place them at risk. Delores Pluto of the Department staff discusses a number of these behaviors and our conversation with her will be followed by news from Mychal Frost of the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention and Advancement about the upcoming (June 1) Teacher Expo in Columbia where many districts will be looking to fill staffing needs for next year.
