Where Smart Gets Smarter: S.C.‘s Governors School for Science and Mathematics

March 1 marks the end of the enrollment period for the Class of 2014 at The Governors School for Science and Mathematics (SCGSSM) and in this edition of Speaking of Schools, President Murray Brockman discusses the application process and many of the other exciting events that have occurred and that will take place at the public high school residential campus in Hartsville. Graduating seniors each received an average of over $100,000 in scholarship opportunities to some of the nation's most prestigious higher education institution and President Brockman also reveals growth plans for the school that will enable SCGSSM to serve even more of the brightest and best South Carolina students.
