Titanic Artifacts, Teacher of the Year Nominations and Financial Literacy

Monday - June 11, 2012

Another spectacular exhibit is on display at the South Carolina State Museum. Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition features numerous artifacts recovered from the RMS Titanic, as the South Carolina State Museum pays tribute to the tragedy, which continues to resonate 100 years after the disaster. Legendary artifacts conserved from the ship’s debris field are showcased, offering visitors a poignant look at this iconic ship and its passengers. The podcast will also feature a preview of an upcoming webcast from the State Credit Union dealing with money management and debt resolution. Plus, the nomination procedure for selecting the state's Spanish Teacher of the Year will be discussed. The three conversations make up another interesting Speaking of Schools podcast.
