South Carolina Mock Trials Finalist Competition Coming This Weekend

Since the mid-1980s, the South Carolina Bar Law Related Education Division has provided teachers, school resource officers, juvenile justice personnel, and lawyers with resources, materials and technical assistance to teach law and citizenship education. One of the resources that has become increasingly popular is the Mock Trial Competition, which was narrowed down to 12 schools from 42 that competed in regional competitions in February. The Federal Courthouse in Columbia will be the scene for this week's finals and information on the Mock Trial Program, as well as admittance information to the competition, will be featured on this week's podcast.
