South Carolina Governors School for Science and Mathematics

The S.C. Governor's School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM), the oldest of the state's two Governor's Schools, is featured on this week's podcast. The school is currently accepting applications from rising high school juniors (current sophomores) now through March 1 for its two-year, residential high school and the School's President, Dr. Murray Brockman will discuss the residential life and summer programs on the Hartsville Campus, plus many other opportunities offered to SC students. The new BlueCross BlueShield Economics and Finance Institute will be a part of our discussion and Dr. Brockman will shed more light on the life of "Govies" at the school.
