Communities In Schools (CIS) builds a community of support for children by embedding the resources they need within their school. CIS is a nationwide network of passionate professionals working in public schools to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Here in South Carolina, about fourteen CIS chapters exist and this week's podcast features a look at three of the most active, as we feature conversations with Chapter Directors in Greenville, Charleston and the Midlands.
