New schools have opened for the 2011-12 school year, new schools are planning openings next year and Dr. Brazzell discussess the planning process for beginning Charter Schools. These Schools exist as brick and mortar operations and numerous virtual Schools have opened around the state, among those one serving at-risk youth.
