Programs To Encourage Science Teaching and Student Research
Monday - November 07, 2011
This week's podcast features two conversations, one inviting high school students to participate in the 2012 Junior Science and Humanities Symposium at USC and the other, the TigersTeach Noyce Scholarship Initiative which makes available $10,000 scholarships to Clemson undergraduate and graduate students in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics - disciplines to enroll in an undergraduate dual-degree program or to enter the University's Master of Arts in Teaching program. The Symposium invites students to get involved as Observers and/or Presenters; the latter having the opportunity to compete for scholarships and the privilege of participation in the National competition in the spring. It's another iformative podcast this week on Speaking of Schools!
