Patti Tate’s Year as Teacher of the Year and a Financial Literacy Webinar
Monday - August 20, 2012
2012 South Carolina Teacher of the Year Patti Tate is winding down her “reign” as the state’s top teacher, and listeners will enjoy hearing about some of the highlights of her year representing S.C. and the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention and Advancement (CERRA). Mrs. Tate reveals her future plans during our conversation and shares her ideas on mentoring and other key programs and issues. It’s an August ritual on Speaking of Schools, having the outgoing Teacher of the Year reflect on this once-in-a-lifetime honor! And on the same program – more ideas from the State Credit Union promoting financial literacy in an upcoming webinar.
