“This School’s Got Talent” Plus News from SC-SIC.

This week on the podcast we feature two conversations, the first dealing with students in grades K – 12 in our public schools. The annual “This School's Got Talent” contest is in high gear with judging (by Hootie and the Blowfish) taking place and the finalists will be announced by March 15. Voters will then have an opportunity to select their choice up until March 31. The winner will be announced on April 1. Also on the podcast, South Carolina School Improvement Council will be announcing the 2012-13 Dick and Tunky Riley award given to the state’s outstanding school improvement council. We’ll name the five finalists and bring you information about the awards ceremony on this week’s podcast.
