Highlights from the Youth Risk Behavior Survey - Data Reported By S.C. Middle and High Schools

This program reports on the latest data available through the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), information gained through a random sample of high and middle school students in the state. The survey is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and covers six categories of risk factors: injury and violence, including suicide; tobacco use; alcohol and other drug use; sexual risk behaviors; nutrition and physical activity. Dr. Delores Pluto coordinates the survey and reports on the interesting and revealing information from this survey.
