AYP, No Child Left Behind and the states being awarded a finalist position to receive federal Race To The Top funds were two of last week's top stories affecting education and educators in the state. Speaking of Schools was able to have an in-depth conversation with our State Superintendent and that chat will be one of our featured segments on this week's podcast. We'll also talk with CERRA's Mychael Frost about the state's nationally-acclaimed Teacher Cadet program, the re-writing of Experiencing Education, the curriculum adopted by the Future Educator's Association and the new website for teachers and students involved with and interested in the Teacher Cadet program.
