Charleston Commemorates the Brown Decision, Girls Circle Training and a Technology Fair


Monday - April 07, 2014


The second of two panel discussions commemorating the Brown decision is scheduled for this Thursday, April 10th, in Charleston.  "From Equality to Quality: A Public Forum on Quality Education with Civil Rights Activists and Mayor Joe Riley" will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.; on our podcast Dr. Jon Hale reveals the names of the participating panelists. Also featured is information about Girls Circle Training scheduled for late April and a technology fair showcasing over 1200 Horry County students. All stakeholders in education will find something of interest in this week's Speaking of Schools!
