Celebrating the Constitution and Excellent Spanish Teaching
Monday - September 10, 2012
The anniversary of the United States Constitution is to be celebrated on September 17, and high school students in our state's schools will convene in the Legislative Chambers of the State House this Friday (09/14/12) to hear Furman President Rodney Smolla lecture on First Amendment rights. It's a part of the third annual James Otis Lecture sponsored by the South Carolina Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. On the same podcast, we'll learn who are the three finalists in the Spanish Teacher of the Year competition, the winner to be announced in Charleston on November 8. Stay informed! Join us each week for Speaking of Schools.
