Slow Ride: The Life & Times Along the SC Intracoastal Waterway
From just north of Myrtle Beach to south of Hilton Head, South Carolina’s coastal inland waterway is 235 miles of natural creeks, sounds, rivers and man-made channels that move commerce up and down the coast economically and safely. But, the intracoastal waterway is much more than a water route for business traffic. This documentary takes a look at the ecologic, economic and historic aspects of this natural treasure through interviews with sailors, workers, and residents who use the intracoastal everyday. Produced and directed by Tim Fennell. Shot in High Definition with original music by Mark Bryan of Hootie and the Blowfish fame.
