Helen Hill: Celebrating a Life in Film
Helen Hill: Celebrating a Life in Film is a loving look at the Columbia native and filmmaker who was tragically murdered in her New Orleans home on January 4, 2007 by an intruder. Weaving together interviews with close friends and family members and many of her animated films, the program creates a touching snapshot of Hill and many of the pivotal moments in her life, while also offering a unique retrospective of her work.

Thanks you so much for creating this wonderful documentary "Helen Hill: Celebrating a Life in Film". I can't wait to see it! I have been a professional stop motion animator and visual effects artist for over 30 years, and while I still produce and direct animation and visual effects at our studio here in Savannah, I also teach stop motion animation and visual effects at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I would very much like to purchase a DVD copy of "Helen Hill: Celebrating a Life" so that I can show it to my students and expose them to a truly wonderful individual. Would this possible.
Additionally, I receive both ETV on WRLK and also GPB and have been a major Public Broadcasting viewer since the late '60s. The programming and content that you provide is far superior and much more enjoyable than that of GPB. It's a true pleasure to be a WRLK ETV viewer and listener.
Thanks you for your time and a very Happy New Year.
Sincerely and best always,
