World Beer Festival Returns to Columbia
Wednesday - January 25, 2012 at 07:52 am
In just a few more days, the World Beer Festival will be back in Columbia, S.C. for the fourth year in a row. Columbia's Mayor, Steve Benjamin, says the festival has an impact on the local economy of about $1.5 million, and our next guest says Columbia was chosen as a festival site because it had all the ingredients of a growing beer culture that was about to take off.
Mike Switzer interviews Daniel Bradford, president of All About Beer magazine, the host of this event, and he joins us by phone from his office in Durham, N.C. www.allaboutbeer.com
