USC’s Third Largest College Among SC’s Largest Career Launchers

Tourism is now the number one industry in South Carolina, responsible for more than $17 billion dollars in spending and employing more than 200,000 people – that's roughly 10% of South Carolina’s workforce. Careers in tourism in SC sometimes get their start through the University of South Carolina's College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management.
