Upstate Non-Profit to Expand Fresh Produce Donations Statewide

Most people are familiar with charitable food donation programs, such as food banks. And when you think of these, normally you think of canned food and other packaged food types of donations. Our next guest's organization, however, is succeeding with a different approach to fighting hunger through donations of fresh local produce. In fact, he says the state of South Carolina is so impressed with their work so far, that they have been asked to take the program statewide.
