Unemployed Tech Worker Reconfigures Success

A Navy veteran and Clemson University graduate, our next guest spent 11 years in the information technology field working with mainframe computers, and then he lost his job when the company he worked for migrated to a new network, eliminating his position. As he searched for jobs, he discovered that even with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, he needed to update his technical skills and certifications. He found some financial aid, enrolled at Greenville Technical College, and on the same day he graduated, he updated his LInkedIn profile, and within three hours, received a phone call for a job interview with a local company. Within 24 hours, he had two job interviews lined up.
