Successful Columbia Restaurateur Ventures Down the Whiskey Road

The restaurant business can be a dog-eat-dog world, sometimes coming and going faster than you can make your next reservation. Our next guest hasn't had that problem though. He's a successful serial restaurateur in Columbia who has brought to life recognizable names such as Mr. Friendly's, Solstice, Gervais and Vine, Rosso, and now Bourbon, featuring cajun/creole style food and of course, whiskey. Speaking of which, he's also decided to launch what he hopes will become an annual event: The Great American Whiskey Fair.
