Residential Arts High School Succeeds in Upstate

South Carolina is unique in the country in that it is home to two publicly supported residential high schools that offer high-level and nurturing learning environments for our state's gifted and talented students. One is the math and science school in Hartsville, and the other focuses on the arts, where our next guest is located.
