Old S.C. Family Recipe Hits Market and Wins Award

Last September, our next guest decided to take an old family recipe for a Creole sauce to market, and in less than a year has become a SOFI Silver award finalist at this summer's big specialty food show in Washington D.C. In case you were wondering, SOFI stands for "specialty outstanding food innovation."
