Newberry Hospital Looks to Toyota Model for Operational Success

Hospitals across South Carolina pleaded recently with the state legislature to accept the federal government's money in order to expand the Medicaid program in our state. Because Medicaid is just one of the issues they face, our next guest's hospital decided to turn to the Toyota model to improve their operations.
