National Tennis Tournament Stoking Lowcountry Economy for 40 Years

South Carolina has been home to the Family Circle Cup women's tennis tournament since 1973, which has the distinction of having the longest running title sponsor in either men's or women's professional tennis. The event brings a nice economic boost to our state's LowCountry each spring and always features some of the biggest stars in women's tennis.
Mike Switzer interviews Bob Moran, the Tournament Director and he joins us by phone from his office at the Family Circle Tennis Center on Daniel Island, S.C.
