Local Restaurant with Funny Name Celebrates 35 Years of Success

Our next guest's parents opened the first Lizard’s Thicket Southern-style restaurant in Columbia 35 years ago, and now there are 15 locations in the Midlands, with over 700 employees serving over 13,000 diners daily.
