Insurance Technology and Services Cluster Contributes to Midlands Economy In a Big Way

With companies like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Colonial Life, Accenture, and many others, Columbia, South Carolina is home to a growing cluster of important companies in the insurance technology, and services industry.  Employees in this cluster earn an average salary of $62,000 and contribute a direct economic impact to our state of $4.2 billion. And tomorrow, the cluster will feature Steve Hall, former CEO of Duck Creek Technologies as part of their executive speaker series.

Mike Switzer interviews Eileen Potter with Accenture and Alan Whelchel with Colonial Life, both are members of Columbia's Insurance Technology & Services Cluster.
