Disabled Workers Fighting for Right to Receive Minimum Wage

Our next guest says there is a fairly hot topic circulating in the world of disability and the business community, at the moment, surrounding the federal minimum wage. He says most people do not realize that the federal minimum wage (that became law as part of the Fair Labor Standards Act) contains a provision allowing employers to pay disabled workers less than the federal minimum wage, even pennies per hour.
