Despite Recent Record-Setting Highs, Americans Still Not Enthused About Stock Market

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up over 30% from April 2008 (before the financial debacle) through April 2013. That sounds like a lot but it is actually only 5.8% per year. Our next guest says 6% is pretty good in today's era of low interest rates, which makes it hard to understand why Americans are still not rushing to put their money back into the stock market.
