Could JOBS Act Make Start-Up Business Funding Easier?

On April 5, 2012, President Obama signed the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act into law. The Act is intended to make it easier for companies to raise money through public and private offerings of stock.
Mike Switzer interviews Andy Coburn, a corporate attorney with the Wyche law firm in Greenville, South Carolina. Andy has experience assisting public and private companies with securities offerings.
