You may have noticed the popularity in recent years of food trucks. But did you know that in South Carolina, all food cart, food truck operators and caterers are required by the Department of Health and Environmental Control to have a commercial kitchen for a base of operations? And how many food truck operators already have their own commercial kitchen? Our next guest says he has the answer.
