Columbia Author Helps Businesses with Best-Selling Book

We originally interviewed our next guest a few years ago about his then new book entitled "Statistics for Six Sigma Made Easy." Six Sigma, if you don't know, is a data-based methodology that emphasizes using data to drive decision making. There have been over 300 books written on Six Sigma and apparently his book is the best-selling one in the world on this topic.
