Clusters Working in S.C.‘s Economy

Almost ten years ago, Harvard professor and internationally lauded economic development guru Michael Porter, gave a speech here in South Carolina where he recommended a specific economic development strategy for our state known as clustering. Since then, our next guest's organization has been hard at work implementing that strategy, and many would say to great successs.
