Fans Rule: ETV to Broadcast NatureScene Viewer Favorites
Hand-picked Episodes of Popular Nature Show to Air Sept. 24-28

Columbia, SC...The votes are cast and counted. And the winners are...only on ETV during a special week dedicated to spotlighting NatureScene episodes, chosen by the fans themselves.
The run-away favorites will be revealed during the NatureScene Viewers Choice broadcasts that begin Monday, Sept. 24 and continue through Friday, Sept. 28. Programs air statewide at 7 p.m.
In July, ETV aired NatureScene host Rudy Mancke’s top five episodes, and then it was the viewers’ turn. Loyal followers of the show went head-to-head with Mancke’s picks, weighing in with their own favorites. After the votes were tallied, the winners were unmistakable -- no hanging chads to muddy the outcome.
While the results are still under wraps, here are a few hints (in no particular order) about each of the winners for viewers who want to know how their picks fared:
- Hint #1: No shrinking violets in this majestic water-bottom forest
- Hint #2: As beautiful as a Thomas Kincaid painting
- Hint #3: Spent time in Guadeloupe, Montserrat and Puerto Rico before visiting the Palmetto State
- Hint #4: Beachcombing 101 taught here
- Hint #5: Dude! Where’s my car?
