ETV's South Carolina Channel Receives Third Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Set Design

Columbia, SC...On Saturday, June 23, the Southeast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences honored ETV’s South Carolina Channelwith the 2007 Regional Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Set Design, for “Making It Grow!” The special Halloween set for this gardening-focused program included a fog machine, cobwebs and creepy critters scattered throughout, and even costumed trick-or-treaters who came to the door.
This mark of distinction isn’t the first for ETV’s South Carolina Channel. In the last four years, the network has received three Emmys for its exceptional scenic design.
Hosted by Rowland Alston, "Making It Grow!" airs on both ETV and ETV’s digital broadcast service, the South Carolina Channel, every Tuesday at 7 p.m. This program is a co-production of ETV and Clemson University and can be seen on the following channels:
