ETV World to Broadcast American Experience: The Kennedys

Columbia, SC…On Thursday, Aug. 27 at 8 p.m., ETV World will air American Experience: The Kennedys in tribute to the late Senator Edward Kennedy. An encore presentation immediately follows at 11 p.m.

This riveting program is an American story unlike any other: a saga of ambition, wealth, family loyalty and personal tragedy. The Kennedys draws on an array of still photographs, archival footage, home movies, and features extensive interviews with family members, friends, and first-hand witnesses to the many chapters of the Kennedy story.

South Carolina ETV is the state's public educational broadcasting network with 11 television and eight radio transmitters, and a multi-media educational system in more than 2,500 schools, colleges, businesses and government agencies.
