ETV Welcomes 2007 with Weekly State House Coverage
Statewide Broadcasts Begin Thursday, Jan. 11

Columbia, SC...As the South Carolina General Assembly convenes in January, ETV is there to bring viewers complete coverage of each day’s events, as well as weekly analyses of the top issues.
ETV’s State House Tonight airs Thursday, Jan. 11 at 7:30 p.m. Hosted by ETV Upstate producer Libby Wallace, State House Tonight provides both live and previously recorded telecasts of the most important issues of the week throughout the legislative season. Encore presentations air on Sundays at noon on all ETV Network stations.
Also beginning Tuesday, Jan. 9, ETV’s South Carolina Channel airs State House Today, which offers gavel-to-gavel coverage of the House and Senate proceedings. The program will air on the following schedule:
Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m.– 3 p.m.
Wednesdays from 10 a.m.– 3 p.m.
Thursdays from 9:30 a.m.– 1 p.m.
For more in-depth discussions on the issues of the day, viewers can also look to the South Carolina Channel for This Week in the House, hosted by House Speaker Bobby Harrell and This Week in the Senate, hosted by Sen. Glenn McConnell.
This Week in the House can be seen every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., beginning January 23. A live stream of the program as well as an archive of past programs is available by clicking here.
