Columbia, SC...On Monday, June 19, ETV camera crews travel to Charleston to begin taping the second installment of the Carolina Chefs series, Carolina Chefs: Charleston. The Trident Culinary Amphitheatre Kitchen, part of the highly-regarded Trident Culinary Institute, is the host site for this production.

ETV will premiere this new episode of Carolina Chefs on Saturday, August 19 at 11:30 a.m., with encore presentations at 3 p.m. that same day and 8:30 a.m. the following Saturday, August 26.

Carolina Chefs is a 90-minute cooking show that goes behind-the-scenes to uncover the interesting history of some of South Carolina’s finest restaurants. Each special culminates with chefs from the featured restaurants performing cooking demonstrations of dishes that viewers can easily replicate at home.

“We’re really excited about producing this new episode and getting to know the chefs at these wonderful restaurants -- this is just another way we’re able to satisfy our viewers' appetites for more of the quality local programming they have been asking for,” said Debbie Hamlett, the show’s producer.
