WHAT: ETV to provide LIVE coverage of the Honorable Donald Beatty's Swearing-In Ceremony.  Beatty is the second African-American to serve on the high court since Reconstruction.

WHEN: Wednesday, Sept. 5 at 4:30 p.m.

WHERE: South Carolina Supreme Court, Columbia, SC
