WHAT: ETV to provide LIVE coverage of Tuesday's session of the Silver Haired Legislature, including Lt. Governor Andre Bauer's speech to the group.

WHEN: Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 1 p.m.  Bauer is expected to begin his address at approximately 1:30 p.m.
