ETV to Air “Josh Groban: An Evening in New York City”

Columbia, SC…On Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m., ETV airs Josh Groban: An Evening In New York City. The intimate theater setting of the Rose Theatre, home of “Jazz at Lincoln Center” in New York City, provides a fitting backdrop for the sumptuous lyrical flair of the operatic baritone.

The 90-minute special showcases performances of favorites from Groban’s best-selling albums, including “Alla Luce del Sole,” “You Are Loved (Don’t Give Up)” and “February Song.”

The concert also features guest appearances by acclaimed trumpeter Chris Botti who joins Groban in performing “Broken Vow” and master musician Herbie Hancock who tickles the ivories on “Machine.”

South Carolina ETV is the state's public educational broadcasting network with 11 television and eight radio transmitters, and a multi-media educational system in more than 2,500 schools, colleges, businesses and government agencies.
