ETV Radio Airs Last Statewide Interview with Superintendent of Education Inez Tenenbaum

Special Live Broadcast of "Speaking of Schools" Begins at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11

Columbia, SC... On Monday, Dec. 11 at 6:30 p.m., ETV Radio will broadcast a special live edition of Speaking of Schools, the weekly program focused on education in the Palmetto State.  During the half-hour show, host Doug Keel will conduct the last statewide interview with Superintendent of Education Inez Tenenbaum in her capacity as superintendent of education.

Keel will be speaking with Tenenbaum about her two-terms as superintendent and the six objectives she set for her administration at the beginning of her first term:

• Accountability
• Safe and healthy schools
• Teacher quality
• School leadership
•  Early childhood education
• Parent and community involvement

Additionally, ETV Radio listeners will have the opportunity to call in and speak with Tenenbaum by dialing 1-888-539-8859.

The broadcast can be heard on ETV’s three Classical NPR stations, 89.3-WSCI Charleston, 90.1-WEPR Greenville and 91.3-WLTR Columbia.
