ETV to Provide Feed of Oral Arguments
Presented Before the SC Supreme Court
Regarding the Stimulus Money Lawsuits

WHO: ETV

WHAT: Will provide the pool feed of the oral arguments presented before the SC Supreme Court in the two lawsuits that will decide whether the state of South Carolina can use $700 million in federal stimulus money. The feed is available for use by statewide media and streaming video will also be available from our Web site, www.myetv.org.

WHEN: The oral arguments for the suit filed by Casey Edwards and Justin Williams will be heard first, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3 at 10 a.m.
The oral arguments for the suit filed by the SC Association of School Administrators will be heard immediately afterward
