ETV Launches “This Week in the State House” with Host Lt. Gov. Glenn McConnell

Columbia, SC… South Carolina ETV will launch a new program, This Week in the State House, on Thursday, April 12. The show is designed to assist citizens in their understanding of the inner workings of state government.
The program will feature Lieutenant Governor Glenn McConnell as its host as he discusses a broad spectrum of issues, including weekly happenings at the State House, with key leaders of the state.
Lieutenant Governor McConnell’s first guest will be the new President Pro Tempore of the Senate, John Courson (R - Richland & Lexington Counties). They will discuss Senator Courson’s new role as the Senate leader in addition to changes that are occurring in the Senate as a result of the turnover of its leadership.
The program will be aired live at 9:30 a.m. every Thursday morning on ETV World (click here for more information about accessing ETV World)
