Columbia, SC…Census Day is just around the corner and ever-changing demographics in the Palmetto State may lead to major changes in resource allocations and lifestyles.
On Wednesday, March 31 at 7 p.m., ETV broadcasts ETV Forum: Census 2010. During this hour-long program, host Beryl Dakers takes an in-depth look at the Census and how it impacts South Carolina.
