Everybody’s favorite Big Red Dog is turning 50! To celebrate, there will be a broadcast premiere of Clifford’s Really Big Movie, scheduled to air December 14 at 6:30 a.m. on SCETV and at 6:30 p.m. on the South Carolina Channel.
In Clifford’s Really Big Movie, Clifford is worried that Emily Elizabeth Howard and her family are burdened by his cumbersome size and the expense of feeding him. Convinced that he needs to do something about the situation, Clifford decides to join a carnival with his friends Cleo and T-Bone.
At the carnival, the three dogs become a part of Larry’s Amazing Animal Show and try to win a life-time supply of Tummie Yummy dog treats. They meet other runaways, including a Chihuahua, a cow, and a ferret. An exciting adventure ensues, one that will delight young children while teaching them the importance of teamwork, friendship, independence, and family.
Clifford’s Really Big Movie was directed by Robert C. Ramirez and was originally released to theatres in February, 2004. The late John Ritter recorded the voice for Clifford, Grey DeLisle recorded the voice of Emily Elizabeth Howard, Cree Summer recorded the voice of Cleo and Kel Mitchell recorded the voice of T-Bone.
