Beaufort Mayor Rauch Proclaims May 6th "ETV Day"
ETV's Lowcountry Road Show Coming Soon to Beaufort

Columbia, SC...As the ETV Road Show makes its third stop in our tour of the culturally rich Lowcountry, Mayor Bill Rauch will proclaim May 6 “ETV Day” in Beaufort. The live broadcasts will begin at 12 p.m. from the corner of Bay and Scott Streets during the 7th Annual Taste of Beaufort beginning at 4 p.m. The public is cordially invited to attend.
The ETV Road Show brings an engaging mix of live events, including programming on television, and radio, as well as educational activities aimed at spotlighting Beaufort County to the rest of South Carolina and surrounding states.
ETV will be in the Lowcountry of South Carolina from May 4-10 visiting and showcasing other communities, including Walterboro, Hilton Head Island, Hampton, Bluffton and Ridgeland.
May 6’s events will include:
Dooley from ETV’s Dooley and Pals Show will be meeting and greeting his young friends at the Kids Area during A Taste of Beaufort at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Parents are encouraged to bring cameras to capture the magic.

4 – 7 p.m. ETV Road Show Broadcast on ETV and ETV’s SC Channel
Highlights include live and taped segments that feature Beaufort Mayor Bill Rauch, Gullah storyteller Aunt Pearlie Sue, a salute to the Water Festival, the military’s impact on the area, movie-making in the Lowcountry, The Penn Center, ghost stories and legends, and much more.
In the Lowcountry region, ETV is carried by WJWJ-TV, channel 16; WITV-TV, channel 7, and ETV Radio by WJWJ (89.9 FM). The South Carolina Channel is ETV’s digital broadcast service committed to airing events and programs of interest to those in the Palmetto State and surrounding areas.
