Astronaut Charles Duke to Appear at ETV Screening

Greenville, SC…On Thursday, August 2 at 7 p.m., South Carolina ETV and The Roper Mountain Science Center will host a screening of “Space Heroes,” ETV’s new documentary on South Carolina astronauts Ronald McNair, Charles Bolden, and Charles Duke. Duke, who walked on the moon during the Apollo 16 mission, will be present at the screening to talk with the audience. Duke is one of only twelve humans to ever walk on the moon.
Admission is free, but seats must be reserved in advance by calling The Roper Mountain Science Center during normal business hours at 1 (864) 355-8901.
