Dear Viewers and Listeners:

As spring blossoms with new color and life, ETV provides fresh new viewing choices throughout the month of March.

Our March Festival line-up is filled with an abundance of new programs. Musical specials range from A Celebration of Blues & Soul, to Great Performances’ Dukes of September, to the nostalgic Big Band Vocalists—something for every taste available. Browse ETV’s schedule from March 1–16 for these and other great viewing opportunities.

Public radio listeners nationwide are treated to the newest season of Chamber Music from Spoleto Festival this month. This annual production of ETV Radio highlights the rich tradition of the repertoire, and is hosted by Miles Hoffman with commentary by Geoff Nuttall. ETV Radio producers are in New York this month hosting a musical memorial to the late Marian McPartland, long-time host of Piano Jazz. Some of the biggest names in jazz (and guests on the series) are performing tributes at the 92nd Street Y, which are being recorded for future broadcast.

Also this month, Time Warner Cable Company, which may be the cable provider for many of you, will reconfigure its digital channel lineup. South Carolina ETV's new Time Warner Cable channel number is 1221. The lone exception is Clover, SC, where ETV will be located at channel 1222. Some viewers may need to rescan as a result. Those who already receive ETV on a cable channel below 100 will not be affected.

ETV's South Carolina Channel is also moving to cable channel 1275 and ETV World is moving to channel 1276. The South Carolina Channel features home, hearth and history programming, including the CreateTV block of crafts, a late-night block of PBS KIDS, and local documentary programs. ETV World is the home of ETV's State House coverage Tuesdays – Thursdays. It also broadcasts live newscasts from around the world as well as the PBS west coast schedule.

Thanks for your support during our Festival pledge period, and all year long.

President and CEO
