In March, ETV’s Festival is brimming with new programming, with exciting guests live in our studios and a variety of unique offers.
Kicking off the 16-day pledge drive on March 3, Hallelujah Broadway features four powerful vocalists—Roderick Dixon, Alfreda Burke, Anthony Kearns, and Linda Eder—who delight audiences with songs from Broadway musicals. A limited number of tickets will be available for an opportunity to see tenor Roderick Dixon live in concert March 20 in Charleston.
Two members of the Irish singing phenomenon, Celtic Thunder, are in our studios March 6 for the broadcast of their newest production, Celtic Thunder Voyage, which highlights the diversity of Irish music, from traditional standards to contemporary songs.
T.J. Lubinsky, producer of the ever-popular My Music and American Soundtrack specials, visits ETV on March 7 for a broadcast of Superstars of Seventies Soul Live, Lubinsky’s new offering. Then on March 12 at 7 p.m., ETV presents its own production, Shag, a nostalgic look at our State Dance and the music that accompanies it.
There’s lots more new programming—from Big Band Vocalists to the B-52s—and ETV is proud to offer it to you during our Festival pledge periods. We appreciate your loyal support, this month and all year long, which allows us to entertain and engage viewers all over the state.
